00:14:34 Tracy Trathen • e design studio, LLC: OH one more win but VERY nervous about this but…. it's all about setting expectations and boundaries with this one client whose engagement ended in 2022, who keeps asking me to do little things on his website (he’s NOT on my WebCare plan)… I told him that I've changed how I work with businesses like his, and “here’s how we can work together going forward on requests like these: You can subscribe to one of my WebCare plans. It’s a minimum one-year commitment, and there are several options for levels of support. Would you like me to send you more information about my WebCare plans?” ETC.
