3) I presented a proposal in person to a potential client. They said that it was expensive and that they likely weren’t going to go through with it but I didn’t let it get me down I’m very proud of presenting it in person and I felt professional doing it!

It’s so wild. People are willing to wait. They get their name on his list, a few months out he reaches out and asks if they’re still interested, then takes a deposit if they are. It amazes me, but is def proof that people are willing to wait for something they want from someone specific! (Obvs not recommending booking 3 years out though lol)

If they haven’t completed the questions or if I have questions about how they have completed it then we fill that out. If I don’t need anymore facts, then I can end the call and get started on the strategy! But as Pauline said, people typically love to talk about themselves so it’s more about them than it is about what you’re saying!

You know I think I may have over emphasized the call part of it when I was selling the paid discovery lol. But I like framing it as a fact-finding mission and will definitely be doing that for the future!
