About Our Company

The Web Designer Academy is a group coaching program founded by freelance web designer Shannon Mattern in 2016 to help women web designers stop undervaluing their impact, undercharging and overdelivering so that they can create more income, impact, and balance.

We provide mentorship that combines business and marketing strategies with mindset coaching and ongoing client management support, and takes into account the unique challenges women web designers face in the tech and online business space.

Every March, we host the Simply Profitable Designer Summit, a multi-day virtual event designed to help freelance web designers streamline their processes, attract premium clients, and scale their businesses in ways that feel aligned and sustainable. Mentorship

At the heart of everything we do is our Web Designer Academy Coaching Program, where we support ambitious, high-achieving women web designers who are ready to take their businesses to the next level. As part of the Next Level Mastermind, we also host the Next Level Retreat every November, a transformative in-person experience designed exclusively for women web designers ready to elevate their businesses and their lives.
