Essentially, break up the payments and then don’t start the work until X months in where they finish up the last of the payments and then the project is completely paid up by the time it’s finished. Idk if that makes sense, but it helps with the problem of “what if they don’t pay and I’ve already delivered a finished project”

Yes, I’m working on something like this. I already had 2 interviews. I get to work from home but there is an office I can go if I feel lonely. And it’s online marketing related, so I’m not feeling like I’m getting back to “a job I hate”.
