00:35:26 Kaila – HeyKaila Media: My therapist calls that 10 year old self who commonly has gut reactions to things ‘Little Kaila’ and I have to let ‘Little Kaila’ feel her feelings, and then reassure her that she’s ok, and then learn how to learn from it and handle it differently to benefit me.
00:35:51 Caitlin Harrison: I ALWAYS procrastinate on starting a new project because I am afraid they will hate the design but I now tell myself that they have to have something to react to and just GET something on the page

I had to reframe from “feedback is failure” to “feedback means people trust me with their ideas.” It was huge and chipped away a little at the years of perfectionism and high achieving because it was the only choice.
