Have followed up a few times- that had me down in the dumps for a bit, but moving on! It makes me strive to bust my ass that much harder to make their decision so worth it to them. (Within reason of course)

00:23:20 Deanna: It really helped me to break it down into steps from the most basic to the detailed…I start with their mood board – gathering images from the Pinterest board they created and presenting it to them for approval – then the color palette, then the fonts, then the logo/wordmark – 99% of the time if they’ve signed off on each step the final product is approved
