They're still taking me what feels like aaages; I'm on the lookout for speeding it up. But I have a strong booking rate afterward, so it feels like an OK investment. And I think I kind of like going deep and sticking my nose into their marketing delusions 🙂

Yes, don't offer to turn it around super fast. That gives you breathing room, helps with the positioning that expert recommendations take time, and – if you're anything like me – allows for a bright idea that comes to you in the shower 2 days later.

My biggest hang up is needing to have all the answers before I do something, which leads to a lot of overanalyzing and over preparing which leads to lots of wasted time and indecision for me. Making decisions without needing to have all the answers is my domino and something I’m actively working on. If that resonates, I pass my mantra on to you: I don’t need to have all the answers right now. 🙃

I do this too! A 6-month rolling average. It has created SO much relief in the anxiety I was experiencing related to my monthly revenue.
