00:02:25 Carol: I had several but Biggest deal: I presented the Patrick we covered in last weeks call. (I upped the top tier from $1,000 to $1200 too.) I’m in Dubsado and they chose the lowest tier – but then didn’t sign the contract or move on to the deposit. I was sure they were going to bail. Two days later they sent an email saying they are pausing for 6 weeks because they had applied for a grant and are waiting to hear back as they really want to go with the top tier! (I charged $75 last time she had me do a sales sheet for her.)
