00:41:01 Deanna: I am so struggling with my Patricks – I present my packages and I still end up adding or removing things they don’t need or DO need – Is it sustainable to have basic levels of services and then have add-ons? 😭

00:41:49 Kate Newnham: After almost 1 year in this program, it's still VERY difficult to say “you want that extra thing, that'll be an extra $xx dollar”, but I do it anyways.” That's what's new.

00:43:01 Deanna: For instance if they DO have an logo but need fleshed out collateral – I wouldn’t charge them for a full branding package – or if they need stock images curated – theu don’t all need them but some do – some need copywriting, some don’t, some need their hosting and domain set up, some don’t

00:46:48 Erica Nash: @Deanna, there is so much to say about your question! In short, you are the expert and your package gets to be your package. If they choose not to utilize specific pieces, that is a choice and it should not affect how much you are charging. If they ask for extra things, you should definitely add to the overall cost!
