00:28:19 Racheal Graham: if this helps, I have a “deliverables” list for each package which gets attached to my contract as the SOW so there is at least a general understanding of what's included and some definition of the timeline – then at kick off we get into the exact details of what the client needs to deliver to me

00:31:32 Courtney Wilson: @Racheal – that does help. In our timeline we’ll often include what deliverables they need to give us, but we never give them a list of exactly everything we're providing them tech-wise.
00:32:30 Leigh Scott: Kate- Not sure if this helps, but if I have a highly customized proposal then I email over a bulleted list of deliverables, a price and a timeline for the client to approve before I load it all into dubsado. It saves a lot of time if there are any changes.
