The client literally told me I was lying regarding a troubleshooting charge of less than $120. I told her that I would not tolerate that, after me bending over backwards to support them. So, I am sending over a termination notice.

Awh…I can totally understand that feeling! It’s hard not to be jaded by how you’re generally treated when asking a question in those types of groups. I don’t know if it helps but I know there’s a few WDA people who have asked questions (Racheal and Amy come to mind) and they always seem to get lots of good, kind, help!
