So far so good! I tried Honeybook too but Moxie really hyped up their services for freelancers, so that's why I ended up choosing them. Some development opportunities, but I am so glad to have a client portal and process! Helps the premium client experience! Hbu?

So far so good for me too! I was using Notion, which I really like, but it made more sense for me to make the move to Moxie where I can set up form automations plus have a client portal and meeting scheduler all in one place. It’s taking me a bit to get settled into it, but I think it will be a good move!

I'm on Moxie, too. I'm LOVING it. I had a whole “Frankenstack” for client management, project management, was looking for something for support tickets, etc. And now it's all in one place. LOVE!!

I've been using it since early June and I'm really loving it and having everything in one place. I do miss the detailed way I could do tasks in Clickup, but I'm making it work as it's nice to have it all in one place.

I wish I could design the client portal welcome page but that's not a big deal. The task list is nice, tickets is nice for my maintenance clients, and I enjoy the forms/agreements area. I also appreciate that they have the suggestions/feedback site to vote on features and requests.

I think Shannon prefers the term “Dedicated booking” or similar, but the idea is basically that a client books you for an entire day at a premium rate and you crank through their wish list. But Shannon has a lot of wisdom on how to do VIP days wisely and that they're not a silver bullet for other mindset troubles.
