*Your graduation date is one year from the day you enrolled. If you don't apply for Next Level or renew Web Designer Academy before your graduation date, we will automatically process your graduation on your graduation date and you'll receive a graduation email.
We'll kick off your Next Level experience by crafting your unique vision + goals for your second year in the WDA and reverse-engineer a custom plan of action for you to actually achieve it (zero-ing in on the actual things that will help you create your vision, not the things your scared-brain *thinks* you need to do).
We'll also bust through the mindset blocks that are standing in between you and your big dreams.
You'll walk away from the Next Level Vision workshop with your Next Level Goal, a plan to achieve it, awareness of what might get in the way, and you'll begin to develop the Next Level Mindset required to make it happen.
The Next Level Mastermind is a member-driven, peer-coaching experience led by Shannon where you can get coaching and support from all members of the mastermind on your unique Next Level goal.
There's a weekly mastermind call on Wednesdays at 3PM Eastern where we discuss member-driven Next Level topics like:
There's also a Next Level Group Chat on WhatsApp where you can connect with Next Level Mastermind members outside of the weekly call, and a Next Level Facebook Group for communication and support.

A. You're officially a graduate!!!! You get to keep your copy of your WDA workbook and all the work you've done.
Your access to the WDA curriculum, live strategy calls, replays, live workshops, and work reviews will end on the last day of your renewal month.
A. No. Next Level is a 12 month commitment to yourself, your business AND the Next Level Community. To get the full benefit of Next Level a 12 month commitment is required.
A. That's totally fine! We understand we have students all over the globe… if you can't attend the live call, here are some options for you to still get the most out of Next Level:
A: Wednesdays at 3PM ET. Calls will be recorded and put into a NEXT LEVEL-only private podcast.
A. You don't have to pre-submit questions for the Next Level call, and you are coached by Shannon and your peers in the Next Level calls. We also have peer-led discussions on next-level strategy and mindset that we don't coach on or teach in the main Web Designer Academy container.
You are welcome to attend both the Next Level Mastermind call and the Web Designer Academy Live Strategy Calls.
We'll figure it out together at the NEXT LEVEL Vision + Goals workshop. We do this live once a year at the retreat and virtually throughout the year, but no matter when you join us you get access to the replay + the opportunity to get feedback on your NEXT LEVEL VISION until we host our next live one!
A. You are absolutely welcome to stay in the Web Designer Academy for another year!
You get continued access to the current WDA Dashboard, live strategy calls and replays, live workshops and work reviews for as long as you remain in good standing.
You can join us in the NEXT LEVEL any time you feel ready after your first year in the program.
Next Level is a 12-month commitment when you join.
If you join the Web Designer Academy for another year and decide partway through you'd like to come into Next Level, we'll pro-rate your enrollment fee.
A. Next Level is perfect for you when you've if you’ve booked at least one new client at your new prices using your Irresistible Package Matrix and/or you’ve hit your minimum baseline revenue at least once – and you can join Next Level any time in your second year with us or beyond whenever YOU feel ready.
A. Your access to the curriculum, community and support end on the last day of your graduation month. You must apply for Next Level or renew Web Designer Academy access before your graduation date if you wish to take advantage of the 50% discount on both programs for current members.
You can apply for Next Level or re-join WDA at any time beyond graduating at the current full list price for each program.
How much time you choose to spend working on your Next Level goal is up to you. We value time-independence, and you can move at your own pace. Everyone comes into the program at different times and focusing on different areas of their business. While we have done our best to give you the highest level of support without requiring you to be on our schedule, we recommend you take full advantage of all the resources available to you during your time in the program.
We don’t offer refunds for pay-in-full payments, payment plan payments, nor do we offer early cancellations of multi-month commitments.
